Terms of Use

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using GoalZen, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use GoalZen for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. The service

GoalZen provides tools for learning goals, paths, actions, resources, review, and progress. Features identified as beta, preview, experimental, or coming soon may change, be unavailable, or be removed. The service is currently in public beta: during the beta, data may be lost or reset, sometimes without notice. Keep your own copy of anything important (Settings lets you export it). GoalZen is a productivity and education tool; it does not provide medical, legal, financial, employment, or professional certification advice.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the goals, notes, resources, answers, and other content you submit. You grant Amanix Labs a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and secure GoalZen or as you direct through a connected feature.

You must have the rights needed to upload or link to content and must not use GoalZen to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security controls, access another person’s data, distribute malware, automate abusive traffic, or use GoalZen for unlawful activity. We may limit or suspend access reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.

6. Third-party services

GoalZen may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for content, availability, or actions controlled by those third parties.

7. Plans, payments, and cancellation

Any price, billing interval, trial, usage limit, and renewal term will be shown before purchase. App-store purchases are also governed by the applicable store’s payment and subscription rules. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google; cancel it through the applicable store subscription settings. Refunds for web purchases are covered by the Refund Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep GoalZen available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change features, limits, or these terms. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide reasonable notice when practical.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, GoalZen is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that cannot be excluded only to the extent the law permits. Amanix Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Termination

You may stop using GoalZen and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
