- The email address associated with your GoalZen account.
- The page or feature where the issue occurred.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- Your device, operating-system version, and GoalZen app version.
- A screenshot with private learning content or credentials removed.
Never send your password, authentication token, integration secret, or full payment-card details.
Common account help
Cannot sign in
Confirm that you are using the same email and sign-in method used to create the account. Use the password-reset option in the app where available.
Notifications are not arriving
Check notification permission in the app and operating-system settings. Some web reminders require the browser or installed web app to remain able to run in the background.
Connected resources are stale
Open integration settings, check the connection status, and reconnect only if the app reports that authorization has expired.
