Refund Policy
If GoalZen Pro isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of a payment and you get that payment back in full.
Last updated October 2, 2026
1. 14 days, no reason needed
Every payment for GoalZen Pro bought on goalzen.app or app.goalzen.app ($10 a month or $100 a year at the founding member price, $12 or $120 at the regular price), or for the GoalZen + NestMarks bundle bought there ($15 or $150 founding, $18 or $180 regular), can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of that payment. That covers your first payment and every renewal. You don't have to explain why.
2. How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your GoalZen account, or reply to the receipt email. Include the order number from the receipt if you have it. We reply within two business days.
Web orders are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, so the refund comes from Paddle to the card or account you paid with. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days. You can also find your order and contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.
3. What happens to your account
When a payment is refunded, the subscription it paid for ends and your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: goals, tasks, habits and notes stay, and anything over the Free limits stays readable.
4. Cancelling without a refund
Cancel any time in GoalZen under Settings → Plan → Manage billing. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free. Outside the 14 days we don't refund partly used periods, except where the law requires it.
5. Deleting your account
Asking to delete your account stops your subscription from renewing straight away; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. If you restore the account before that period ends, renewal turns back on. After it ends, subscribe again from Settings → Plan. A payment made in the 14 days before you asked to delete can still be refunded as above. See account deletion.
6. App Store and Google Play
If you subscribe inside the iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google takes the payment and handles refunds under their own policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or through your Google Play order history for Google. We can't refund those payments ourselves.
7. Your legal rights
This policy adds to the rights consumer law gives you where you live; it doesn't take any away. Questions: [email protected]. Operator: Amanix Labs.
