Delete from the app

Sign in at app.goalzen.app/settings, or open Settings in the GoalZen app on iPhone or Android.
Choose Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is disabled immediately: it stops syncing and nobody can use it.

30 days to change your mind

Everything is permanently deleted 30 days after you confirm. If you sign in during those 30 days, GoalZen offers Restore account, which brings everything back exactly as it was. After 30 days the deletion cannot be undone, and the same email can be used to start a fresh account.

Can’t sign in?

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “GoalZen account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify ownership. Never send your password or a sign-in code. The same 30-day period applies.

What is deleted

Your profile and sign-in identity, goals, tasks, habits and check-ins, projects and organizations you own, notes, routines, weekly plans, learning paths and personal content, focus sessions, progress and review history, notification and integration settings, connection records (including the NestMarks connection), and feedback linked to your account.

Backups and security records may persist for a limited period before automatic removal. Information required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or an active billing dispute may be kept only as long as necessary.

Subscriptions and connected services

A subscription billed by Apple or Google is not cancelled automatically — cancel it in that store. A subscription paid on goalzen.app stops renewing as soon as you ask to delete (restoring the account before the paid period ends turns renewal back on), and is cancelled when the account is finally deleted. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Deleting GoalZen does not delete data held independently by NestMarks or another connected service; delete those accounts separately.

Alternative: keep the account

To stop reminders or disconnect an integration, change those settings without deleting your account.
